Pundu Milagu Kuzhambu is signature of our recipes. We prepared it traditionally using 16 types of ingredients. We added good amount of pepper, garlic and sesame oil.
is prepared by using Milagu, Cumin, Pundu, Salt, Curry leaf, Vellam, Venthiyam, Chilli powder, Puli and pure form of gingelly and groundnut oils. It helps improve breast milk of breast-feeding mothers, reduce fatigue, good for cough and cold, helps digestion especially for pregnancy women. Our ancestors used this specially for baby delivered women. We can use pundu milagu kuzhambu by kneading it with cooked rice or idly.
