How to use:
Take required quantity of Adai mix with required water to get a slightly thick consistency almost like a dosa batter.
Add salt to your taste.
Set aside for 15 minutes.
Optionally you can add finely chopped onions and a pinch of hing.
Spread the batter on hot tawa like dosa.
Cook Adai in low flame and cover it with a lid while cooking.
